Jerome Eickstaedt - Guest Storyteller

What do you do with all of life’s surprises? Are you surprisable? Or have you stuffed God in your little, no-surprise box? Two things I’ve experienced about God: God isn’t about curing; God is about restoring and God isn’t about saying you’ll never go through pain, but God does go through it with you.

Jerome Eickstaedt will join me at the table as our Guest Storyteller. Jerome joins us a recovering addict & spiritual refugee. He’s also experienced lots of loss and grief. When I asked him, “where’s the surprise in it all?” He responded: “I’m not afraid to show up and hold hope.”
